Program Guide (2nd shift)

Location: Westboroough, MA. Spectrum's Inpatient Treatment Campus.

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week. 2nd shift. 3pm-11:30pm.

Pay Rate: $21.00/hr

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Prior experience working in customer service, security, and/or with individuals with substance use disorders.
• Computer experience and familiarity with Windows 2000, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word required

Summary:

The Program Safety Guide is responsible for promoting and maintaining a safe pro-social environment for patients who come to the campus to be admitted. This includes but is not limited to greeting patients, customer service, monitoring patient and staff safety, communicating with patients in a trauma sensitive manner that guides patients in and out of the program safely.
