As a Savage Team Member, this role will manage cybersecurity and regulatory compliance programs and projects. Working collaboratively with all business and IT stakeholders, this role will execute cybersecurity and compliance initiatives and maintain current programs.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage the initiation, planning, execution, control, and closing of multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on meeting Company cybersecurity strategic goals.
- Guide, “own” and be accountable for deliverables falling within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Drive process improvement within the greater Savage organization.
- Critically analyze Savage IT architecture, Cloud environments, networks, and interfaces for compliance with generalized standards as required to meet cybersecurity compliance.
- Develops and maintains constructive and cooperative working relationships with others.
- Inspires loyalty and trust, handles oneself ethically following core values and beliefs.
- Able to manage and partner with 3rd party vendor project resources.
- Work with internal and external engineering teams to build cybersecurity awareness and understanding, of technical protocols and procedures for efficient and accurate project execution.
- Engage in ongoing learning and information-sharing efforts with other cybersecurity and IT Team Members at Savage to grow the team’s knowledge base and capabilities.
- Support technical project work in other areas of digital technology as needed.
- Verify that cybersecurity program capabilities are active and working.
- Plans and implements improvements in all areas of IT responsibility.
What You Need to Be Successful:
- Experience in managing cybersecurity activities and remedies.
- Strong infrastructure/network background & experience facilitating the identification of vulnerabilities.
- Working knowledge of cloud-based (AWS, O365) and client cybersecurity operations.
- Experience presenting, escalating, and providing solutions to senior leadership.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Current cybersecurity industry/market knowledge.
- Self-motivated, innately curious, strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years IT project management experience.
- 2+ years’ experience managing IT and/or cybersecurity projects and programs.
