What does a Service Technician, Fountain Installer do at Swire Coca-Cola?
In this role, you will work directly with the customer to prepare the physical location for Coca-Cola products to be served. You will perform soda fountain installations, removals, repairs, and maintenance while providing excellent customer service.
Shift Details:
7:00am-5:30pm (Mon-Fri)
Responsibilities:
- Install, remove, and service fountain machines, syrup lines, and pump systems
- Diagnose, repair and install fountain machines and accompanying equipment
- Ensure proper functionality (clean, test and repair equipment before and after installation) of machines for consumer use
- Maintain an accurate parts inventory
- Ability to use handheld computer device to manage, document, stock, and change parts for quality assurance
- Report inventory accurately for business accountability
- Povide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
- Must have a valid drivers license and willing to obtain, maintain DOT medical card
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High level of technical and mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
