What does the Talent Development Analyst do at Swire Coca-Cola?

Swire Coca-Cola's success depends on the success of the individual, and with that in mind, strengthening talent across the organization is a key transformational theme in HR's long-range plan. This position is an important member of the Talent team within Human Resources, driving execution of operational talent-related activities requiring deep functional knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute talent processes under the direction of the senior manager, talent management. Processes include but are not limited to: Talent Review, Performance Management, Individual Development Planning, Coaching and Mentoring, etc. Duties to include such things as data analysis, presentation development, status reports, etc
  • Operationalize and execute strategic projects as indicated by the HR long-range plan and Talent team objectives
  • Provide ongoing education and training on talent topics to the Swire population. Help people see “what’s in it for me” and drive user adoption
  • Draft and maintain internal processes and resources such as job aids or knowledge articles with a continuous improvement mindset to ensure consistency and process efficiency
  • Provide subject matter expertise and strategic consultation to aid business decisions, exercising sound judgment and quickly managing escalations to closure
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and process partners to ensure internal consistency and identify forward-looking solutions on HR and cross-functional business processes
  • Ensure high service level standards and adherence to service level agreements. Work with internal HR team members and/or vendors as required
  • Remain knowledgeable on current best practices, industry standards, and leading-edge talent solutions in order to drive change
  • Experience with managing and thriving in ambiguity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 4+ years HR experience, including Talent and Learning & Development required
  • Able to analyze data and derive insights that can be put into action
  • Familiarity with Dayforce (or similar HRIS)
