We are looking for an experienced QA Specialist to ensure the highest standards of quality in our software development projects. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of major CRM/ERP systems like Salesforce, Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, and Netsuite, with specific expertise in test automation using third-party tools such as Test Mart. This role will involve comprehensive testing, from initial design to final release, ensuring our software meets all specifications and industry standards.

Job Responsibilities:

Design and execute test plans to ensure software functionality aligns with user requirements.

Build and maintain automated test cases using third-party tools such as Test Mart.

Identify, record, and track bugs and process improvement opportunities within the solution.

Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and enhance product quality.

Conduct both manual and automated tests, improving testing frameworks and processes.

Maintain documentation (preferred experience with Azure Dev Ops) of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software.

Responsible for QA deployment plans. Including updates & project deployments. Where needed will be responsible for overnight deployment QA.

Analyze test results, reporting to development teams and management.

Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience.

Participate actively in development meetings and provide insightful feedback regarding quality assurance.

Develop strong rapport with business teams.

Keep updated with the latest industry trends and testing technologies.
Experience & Skills:
-
4-6 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in software development.

Experience with enterprise grade CRM/ERP systems such as Salesforce, Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, etc…

Strong experience in test automation, specifically building automated test cases with third-party tools like Test Mart.

Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Preferred experience with Azure Dev Ops.

Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.

Proficiency in automated testing tools, for example TestMart

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
