Part -Time Janitorial Floor Tech

Location: Roanoke VA

Hours: Monday-Friday 5pm-10pm


We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Janitorial Floor Tech to join our team. As a Janitorial Floor Tech, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of various floor surfaces within our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, experience with floor care equipment, and a passion for creating a safe and hygienic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine floor maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming

- Operate floor care equipment including buffers, scrubbers, and extractors

- Inspect floors for damage or wear and report any issues to management

- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals in a responsible manner

- Assist with general janitorial duties as needed

Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Proven experience as a Janitorial Floor Tech or similar role

-Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment

- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies

- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

-Must pass extensive background

-Must pass drug test
