The Budd Group is searching for a Procurement Manager to join our growing and thriving company! This person will be responsible for vendor management, and the strategic sourcing and procurement of products and equipment at competitive prices. The right person will have a history of innovation in finding great solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field. MBA or certifications like CSCP or CPSM are highly desirable.
• Experience: 5+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, or supply chain management, preferably in facility services. Proven ability to analyze purchasing data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement procurement strategies.
• Skills: Strong business acumen, negotiation, and communication skills for effective contract negotiations and supplier relationships.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of procurement best practices, sourcing strategies, contract management principles, and industry trends. Familiarity with purchasing policies, procedures, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing business needs.
• Mindset: Results-driven with a focus on cost savings, operational efficiencies, and strategic objectives. Commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth in procurement.
