Hourly - Specialty Services Floor Tech (Carpet Care)

**Carpet Cleaner Job Description:**

As a Commercial Janitorial Carpet Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the
cleanliness and appearance of carpets in various commercial settings. Your role will
involve using specialized equipment and cleaning solutions to remove dirt, stains, and
odors from carpets efficiently and effectively.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Vacuuming, shampooing, and steam cleaning carpets in commercial buildings
- Removing stains and spots using appropriate cleaning techniques
- Inspecting carpets for damage and wear, and reporting any issues to management
- Operating carpet cleaning equipment safely and following manufacturer instructions
- Adhering to health and safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals
- Assisting with general janitorial duties as needed, such as sweeping, mopping, and
emptying trash receptacles

**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in carpet cleaning or janitorial services preferred
- Knowledge of different carpet fabrics and appropriate cleaning methods
- Ability to operate carpet cleaning equipment and machinery effectively
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of carpet cleaning tasks
- Operate Carpet Van
- Must Pass MVR
