We are currently looking to hire a Janitorial Operations Manager on 2nd shift for a well known prestigious client in Winston Salem, NC. This person will need to have strong management experience to lead a team of about 25-30 employees on a large campus overseeing 8-10 buildings. This person needs to present themselves professionally and be a culture maker, helping us establish a positive work environment. Previous Janitorial experience is required.

Hours: 2nd Shift (Must be flexible) 5 pm-2 am

Location: Winston Salem, NC


  • They will help ensure customer satisfaction, account retention, and strong employee relations.  
  • Work scheduling of account personnel
  • Enforce work standards
  • Conducting site evaluations/audits
  • Inventory/equipment usage
  • Budget control
  • Troubleshooting/ problem solving
  • Orientation/training of employees
  • Safety compliance
  • Customer relations
  • Special project work as requested 

What we're looking for:

  • Janitorial experience is a must
  • Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
  • Someone with a proven track record for success
  • Strong computer skills and use of industry/business software platforms
  • Leadership, training, and mentoring skills
  • Solid background in business and budget management
  • Must be a visionary and have the ability to drive employee performance, capitalize on opportunities for business growth and develop people
  • Must be flexible and highly adaptable to changing environments and demands
  • Must have a valid Drivers License with good driving record
