Responsibilities:

• Get hands-on with janitorial, landscape, and specialty services.
• Master equipment for frontline tasks.
• Learn scheduling, employee management, and quality audits.
• Dive into accounting, sales, and HR activities.
• Attend job fairs and engage with community partners.
• Track your progress through our learning management system.

Requirements:

• Recent college graduate (up to one year post-graduation).
• Commit to a one-year program.
• Ready for a physical, indoor/outdoor role.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and some weekends.
