Location: Nashville

As a Manager at The Budd Group, you'll play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction, retaining accounts, and fostering strong employee relationships. Your key responsibilities include managing schedules, setting performance standards, conducting site inspections, overseeing inventory, controlling budgets, problem-solving, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. This role is vital in delivering efficient, high-quality services that meet our exceptional standards.

Position Responsibilities:

• Oversee all janitorial operations, controlling expenses and maintaining budget compliance.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery and maintain strong client communication.
• Supervise and coordinate janitorial functions across all shifts.
• Implement and uphold environmental and safety standards in accordance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure administrative compliance.

Position Qualifications/Skills:

• 2-5 years of management experience with a strong focus on people management and leadership.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and lead a team, with knowledge of HR practices.
• Demonstrated commitment to client satisfaction and quality standards.
• Associate's degree or higher, with experience in Microsoft Office applications.
