We are currently searching for a motivated Business-to-Business (B2B) Business Development Manager to help bring our next level of growth to Northern VA! This person will sell our Janitorial Services to new customers and must have a proven background in successfully selling a service to large commercial companies. 

Location: Northern Virginia Territory and into DC - We desire for this person to be based near the Fairfax, VA area.

Responsibilities:

• This individual will market facilities management services to commercial businesses, industrial, public and private education, and higher education organizations
• Successful candidate must be a self-motivated, organized professional with a proven track record of prospecting and developing new customers.

Experience Required:

• Proven successful B2B sales experience with a demonstrated ability to close.
• Proven sales record that has met or exceeded annual quotas.
• Must have 3+ years of experience in service industry sales.
• Proven prospecting, networking and marketing skills.
• Must have valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a background check and drug test.
