The Budd Group is now hiring a Floor Technician to work in a Class A office building.

As a floor technician, your main job is to keep different types of flooring clean and well-maintained. You will work with carpets, wood, tile, and more. Your responsibilities include checking if the floors are clean and in good condition, and using the right cleaning methods.

Title:  Floor Technician

Pay Rate: $16.00 /hr
Days: Monday - Friday 
Hours:  5:30 p.m. -  9:30  p.m.
Location: Donelson, (Near Elm Hill Pike & McGavock pike) on bus route #18

Responsibilities:

• Stripping, waxing, buffing floors, using various types of floor care equipment
• Pulling Trash
• Dusting
• Vacuuming
• Cleaning Restrooms
• Other Janitorial duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Must have at least one year of experience
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly
• Must be able to pass a background check & drug screen
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to communicate in English
