The Budd Group has an IMMEDIATE opening for a Flex Team member to travel to different locations in Chattanooga (Lookout Mt. area), TN:
Pay Rate: $16.00 /hr
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours Range: 1:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. (hours may vary)
Location: Chattanooga, TN (Lookout Mt. area)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor areas daily for trash & empty trash receptacles
- Wipe exterior & interior of each elevator cab
- Clean offices, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways
- Provide assistance with outside cleaning, may include sweeping sidewalks and pick up trash.
- Assist in project cleaning, or washing out side walls and windows.
- Provide light maintenance service if needed
- Dust all horizontal surfaces
- Clean and organize storage areas inside/outside, and use a pressure washer to clean concrete outside
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor, according to the scope or work.
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs
- Must have valid drivers license & have clear MVR
- Must be able to pass background check & drug screen
- Must be able to travel from site to site
- Must be flexible in availability to work on different shift as needed.
