Night Selector - Stand Up EPJ exp $19.00 plus incentive 

Position Summary: The Night Selector is responsible for identifying, selecting, and loading product safely & appropriately for routing and delivery to the customer, with experience operating a “ride-on” pallet jack. Will also work in a fast paced environment and expected to safely load trucks efficiently & error free

What You'll Do:

● Uses a scan gun to determine information such as product location, product codes, sequence of deliveries, and special loading instructions; 
● Affixes shipping labels on cartons; 
● Examines outgoing product to ensure quality of product meets specifications; 
● Selects, picks, and palletize product by hand and loads into trucks in doors as assigned;
● Position merchandise so that proper stacking rules are employed and light cartons are positioned above heavier items. 
● Shrink wraps and bands product to the pallet, as necessary; 
● Weighs certain items and records weight for company records; 
● General housekeeping of the shipping dock, aisles, and coolers; 
Responsible for adhering to food security, food safety regulations and policies (HACCP, CGMPs)
● Following warehouse safety procedures for the operation of equipment, such as wearing proper clothing and maintaining awareness of your surroundings and other workers when transporting items.

About you:

● HS diploma or equivalent; 
● 2+ Years experience operating a “ride-on” pallet jack; 
● Able to lift at a minimum of 50 lbs consistently; 
● Able to read product codes and special instructions for orders; 
● Work in cold temperatures ranging from -0 to 55 degrees; 
● Work Schedule: 6PM start (Sunday – Saturday 2 days off) until last truck loaded ideally by 4am

Preferred 
● Previous Experience working in a warehouse; 
● Experience working with an RF Scanner / Headset; 
● Positive attitude; 
● Self Motivated; 
● Ability to work in a fast paced, busy environment; 
● Good communication skills; 
Ability to work well on a team, but be self motivated and independent when needed;
