Job title: Digital Platforms Manager (Digital Media Manager)

Essential Job Function:

 

Responsible for creating, executing, analyzing and maintaining Club digital communication channels and assisting strategy.

 

 

  • Manage and execute digital strategies and content plans for Club website, Club app, and Club YouTube channel.
  • Coordinate strategy with Email Marketing Manager and Director of Digital Media
  • Manage and execute omni-channel marketing campaigns across website, app, audio/video podcast environments, and other digital platforms.
  • Willingness to innovate to drive fan engagement and revenue through key digital platforms.
  • Optimize the design, content, layout, and messaging strategies for direct marketing communications.
  • Analyze and monitor, and report on app, web, and YouTube KPIs
  • Build assets needed for marketing campaigns, such as creation of landing pages, form creation, pixel placement, etc
  • Perform various other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by Director of Digital Media.
  • Position requires routine face-to-face personal interaction with other Club personnel; therefore, job responsibilities must be physically performed in the Club offices and not in a telecommuting manner.

 

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university preferred.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Minimum two (2) years of full-time experience in digital advertising, email marketing or developing a variety of digital or web-related products required.
  • Minimum two (2) years professional experience managing digital content and maintaining web/app environments required.

 

  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Strong writing and editorial skills.
  • Experience with CMS based websites, HTML code, and monitoring analytics.
  • Previous experience managing an app environment and/or Rover experience a plus.
  • Previous management experience preferred.
  • Ability to be consistently prompt and dependable.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with multiple priorities.
  • Ability to think strategically and innovatively while managing ongoing advertising plans.
  • Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communications.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member.
  • Ability to work long, flexible hours including gamedays, evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
  • Ability to maintain confidential and/or proprietary information.
  • Ability and internal drive to demonstrate a winning attitude and a strong work ethic in the performance of all job responsibilities.

 

 

Physical Requirements:

 

  • Occasional travel related to job duties and responsibilities.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
  • Must be able to talk, stand, walk, sit, drive, bend, squat, climb, twist and reach as necessary.
