Essential Job Function:

Responsible for delivering personalized and extraordinary service to premium guests, ensuring that every interaction exceeds their expectations and providing a seamless and unforgettable experience on gameday.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism, providing assistance as needed.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously, providing accurate information and solutions to meet their needs.
• Monitor guest satisfaction levels and address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, including housekeeping, maintenance, and dining services.
• Uphold company policies and procedures related to guest interactions, privacy, and safety at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest service areas, including lobby, reception desk, and guest rooms if necessary.

• Perform various other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by Guest Experience department. 
• Subject to reasonable accommodations, position requires routine face-to-face personal interaction with other Club personnel; therefore, job responsibilities must be physically performed in the Club offices and not in a telecommuting manner.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum one year as an Alumna of the Houston Texans Cheerleader Program required.

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards guest satisfaction.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating memorable moments.

Physical Requirements:

• Occasional travel related to job duties and responsibilities.

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 10 lbs.
• Must be able to talk, stand, walk, sit, drive, bend, squat, climb, twist and reach as necessary.
