Key Responsibilities:

As an 1891 Server at MAC, you will play a pivotal role in providing an unparalleled dining experience at our upscale restaurant. Your responsibilities will include:

• Team Collaboration: Be a dynamic and hardworking team member, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment in our fine dining setting.
• Exceptional Customer Service: Provide an exceptional fine dining experience through attentive and personalized service.
• Multi-Tasking Excellence: Think quickly on your feet and successfully manage larger sections within the refined atmosphere of 1891. Utilize suggestive selling techniques to enhance the upscale dining experience.
• Detail-Oriented: Complete all assigned side work, cleaning projects, and opening/closing duties with meticulous attention to detail.
• Professionalism: Arrive in complete uniform, reflecting the elegance of 1891, and maintain a pristine, professional appearance.
• Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with members, guests, coworkers, and management within the refined setting of 1891. Participate in daily shift meetings and articulate information to members and guests with sophistication.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of two years of serving experience, preferably in fine dining.
• Permits: Possession of a valid food handler’s and OLCC permits.
• Etiquette: Familiarity with proper etiquette for removing dishes and utensils in an upscale setting.
• Service Excellence: Demonstrated excellence in providing top-tier customer/guest service.
• Menu Knowledge: Ability to memorize and describe menu items and their preparation in a sophisticated manner.
