Position Overview:
As a Restaurant Bartender, you'll be at the heart of our vibrant dining experience. Your role involves not just mixing drinks but creating memorable moments for our members and guests. Bring your creativity, expertise, and positive energy to our team and be part of a dynamic environment where every pour tells a story.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve a diverse range of high-quality cocktails and beverages.
• Interact with guests, providing recommendations and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Ensure the bar area is well-stocked, organized, and adheres to cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
• Create and contribute to exciting seasonal cocktail menus.
• Uphold Club safety policies and procedures, ensuring a secure environment.
• Provide beer, wine, and liquor education to fellow team members as needed.
• Foster open communication with bartending and restaurant staff.

What You'll Bring:

• Two years of proven experience as a bartender in a restaurant setting.
• Extensive knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Valid OLCC and food handlers permits.
