Essential Job Functions:

• Elevated Service Delivery: Ensure members and guests receive prompt, positive, and service-driven dining experiences.
• Team Collaboration: Be a dynamic team player, ready to support colleagues and maintain a harmonious work environment.
• Professionalism: Display a fresh and amiable attitude, contributing to the overall positive atmosphere in our establishment.
• Efficiency: Think quickly on your feet, successfully managing large sections of tables while maintaining a high level of service quality.
• Presentation: Arrive in a complete uniform, maintaining a clean, and professional appearance at all times.
• Responsibility: Fulfill all assigned side work, cleaning projects, and opening/closing duties with precision.
• Communication: Demonstrate consistent and reliable attendance for daily shift meetings, and articulate information effectively to members and guests.

Work Environment:

• Continuous Movement: Essential job functions involve consistent standing, walking, and verbal communication.
• Flexible Availability: Must demonstrate willingness and ability to work all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Positive Attitude: Exhibit a positive demeanor, empathy for guests, and a genuine desire to contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.
• Experience: Possess at least two years of restaurant serving experience, showcasing dedication to excellence in member/guest service.
• Certifications: Hold a valid food handlers and OLCC permit, demonstrating responsibility in service.
• Hospitality Acumen: Interact professionally with members, guests, and staff, possessing comprehensive knowledge of beverages and menu items.
• Adaptability: Ability to think on your feet, multitask efficiently, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
