Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Aquatics Supervisor and Lifeguard Coordinators, MAC lifeguards play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of our members and guests. Join our service-oriented team and take charge in emergency situations while maintaining a high standard of customer service. This is a part-time position.

Essential Job Functions:

• Maintain constant surveillance of members and guests in aquatic facilities, responding immediately to emergencies.
• Provide emergency care and treatment until the arrival of medical services.
• Project a professional appearance and attitude, delivering premium customer service.
• Engage with members, guests, and staff to enhance the overall experience.
• Monitor pool decks for cleanliness and report concerns to housekeeping or maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Current Lifeguard - CPR/AED/First Aid Certification Required
• Strong background and experience in customer service
• Energetic, self-starter with a strong work ethic
• Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Flexibility with scheduling needs, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
