The Role:

As a Restaurant Support Team Member, you will:

• Prepare for Success: Set up stations, stock necessary items, and ensure a polished appearance before each shift.
• Menu Mastery: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of menu items, describing dishes with enthusiasm and precision.
• Swift Service: Deliver water promptly within one minute of guests' arrival, supporting servers in clearing and resetting tables efficiently.
• Engage Every Table: Carry a tray on every trip into a section, visually connecting with all tables and completing tasks such as clearing, setting, or refilling.
• Maintain Excellence: Keep service stations clean, organized, and well-stocked, handling equipment with care to prevent unnecessary wear and tear.
• Safety First: Adhere to Club safety policies, promptly reporting any unsafe conditions, hazards, or workplace injuries.

Your Qualifications:

• Customer Focus: Proven excellence in delivering outstanding customer service.
• Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, think quickly on your feet, and successfully multitask.
• Communication Skills: Effectively communicate in written and verbal forms with guests, staff, and management.
• Physical Stamina: Willingness to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and use trays for carrying items.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work long hours and have a flexible schedule that might include weekends and/or holidays.

Requirements:

• Valid food handlers permit.
• Familiarity with proper etiquette for table service.
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
• Ability to memorize and articulate menu items.
