We are hiring a Senior Implementation Manager for our Commercial Lines technology team in our Worcester, MA office or remote work location.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Sr. Implementation Manager (Sr. IM) will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives by increasing customer, agent, and employee awareness, adoption, and usage. This individual will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize adoption and usage and minimize business disruption. The Sr. IM will work to drive faster adoption, higher utilization and proficiency of the changes that impact employees. These improvements will increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, results and outcomes.

The Sr. IM will have to collaborate with many others in the organization to succeed. This person will act as a partner for senior leaders and executives in helping fulfill their role as change sponsor. This person may also provide direct support and coaching to all levels of managers as they help their direct reports through transitions. The Sr. IM will also support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

 

  • Lead, develop and deliver implementation plans relative to the training, communication and post release support
  • Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
  • Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
  • Lead training and communications via the application of program/project management skills that include engaging perspectives from multiple stakeholders, keeping people informed, driving to closure and/or ensuring viability of proposed solutions/methods
  • Organize and lead change impact awareness to stakeholders through ongoing collaboration between business, project and production management teams via participation in key meetings.
  • Deliver comprehensive training and communication plans that are in line with the business needs to guarantee successful deployment
  • Develop efforts to increase collaboration and effectiveness of all business teams
  • Be the “voice” for the team when needed
  • Advanced Knowledge of Industry Change Management & Practices
  • Partner with each business unit SME and project team to develop Audience Analysis, Training, Communication and Post-deploy Plans
  • Build and follow-up with business readiness pre-and post-implementation activities
  • Ensure enterprise technology delivery aligns to and supports business objectives by identifying BU-specific requirements through identification of needs
  • Optimize workflow processes and practices that impact our effectiveness for growth

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Change management certification or designation preferred
  • 3-7 years of Implementation/Change Management experience
  • Advanced business product and supporting platform knowledge
  • Strong experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Skilled in project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Agile and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
  • Forward-looking with a holistic approach
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
  • Problem-solving and root cause identification skills
  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
  • Must be a team-player with the ability to work collaboratively
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
  • Advanced experience in large-scale organizational change efforts
