CNA - Skilled Nursing

We currently have the following FT, PT, and PRN shifts available:
Day Shift: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Evening shift: 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
4-On-2-Off schedule
Starting wage $23/hr, with an additional $1/hr attendance bonus
PRN Wages go up an additional $2-$3/hr, up to 24 hours

The ideal candidate will be trustworthy and compassionate, and will:

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have completed a state-certified NAC course  or Have a current Washington State NAR or NAC with a plan to earn the NAC within 120 days of employment
• Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
• Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members, and visitors.
