$18 per hour  

1-6pm Wednesday and Thursday-Saturday 8am-6pm

 

We are looking for someone with a passion for both hospitality and customer service.  Between answering phones, assisting residents and guests with finding answers to questions, helping to coordinate communication between residents and other team members, and generally knowing everything that’s going on in every corner of the building, our Front Desk Hospitality team stays extremely busy! 


You will be directly responsible for Resident happiness!  Your job duties will include hourly interaction with our residents to help assist them with a variety of tasks including wellness checks, meal reminders and scheduling transportation requests.  You will also be responsible for answering phones and helping assist with the ebb and flow of resident and guest questions as people come to you for answers.  


You will need to have flexibility and be available to work other shifts, including holidays.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Be available to work weekends and holidays as needed and scheduled
  • Have at least two years of experience as in a busy setting, preferably in a similar senior environment 
  • Be excellent at handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and basic office equipment
  • Be able to physically cover the expanse of our large campus quickly as needed
  • Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
