Touchmark on West Century is Bismarck's premier retirement community. Our goal is to enrich the lives of residents and families through five-star hospitality, services, and amenities. We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Bistro Attendant. If you enjoy a role that allows you to build relationships and provide awesome customer service, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!  

As a Bistro Attendant, you will be instrumental in creating a friendly and inviting experience for Touchmark residents and guests.  Your duties will include such tasks as greeting residents by name, answering questions about the menu, taking orders, preparing orders using the many tools provided in our bistro, making and serving lattes and other beverages, and ensuring that the Bistro is clean, attractive, and operating smoothly. 

The ideal candidate will:

• Be committed to and passionate about quality standards and customer service
• Server and barista experience a plus
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with all residents, guests and team members
• Basic computer knowledge and experience
• Have a commitment to Touchmark’s values (hospitality, compassion, excellence, teamwork, and integrity), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends, and givers
• Have a genuine interest in working in a role that directly impacts the lives of seniors
