The Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts (AESCA) is looking for new History instructors for its culinary education program.
The role of this instructor at AESCA educates students on the history of food production and consumption throughout the development of modern civilization, and the role food has historically played in culture, religion, economics, and politics. Instructors encourage a culture of learning that values mutual responsibility and respect, life-long learning, and ethics, as well as personal and professional development.
General Education Instructors at Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts facilitate meaningful learning of course competencies in the curriculum and proactively support all facets of the learning environment. They provide education through learning-centered instruction that will enable students to fulfill the evolving needs of the marketplace. They encourage a culture of learning that values mutual responsibility and respect, life-long learning, and ethics, as well as personal and professional development.

- Applicants should have a MA in either History, Psychology or Sociology
