Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential hospitality and restaurant clients.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of leads for new business opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management.
  • Build strong relationships with the existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Connect with key decision-makers to address their needs.
  • Develop strong relationships with the Gecko corporate team and Franchise community.
  • Business Pitch and Proposal.
  • Develop tailored presentations and proposals showcasing our recruiting services.
  • Negotiation and Contract Closure alongside Franchise Partner within the specific territory.
  • Develop and execute cutting-edge sales strategies that align with our ambitious objectives.
  • Meet or exceed weekly, quarterly, and annual sales goals, targets, and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with members of the Gecko Hospitality corporate team to optimize sales efforts and drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor growth and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and regulations.
  • Analyze market trends, spot opportunities, and outmaneuver the competition for rapid expansion.
  • Craft detailed sales reports and forecasts, empowering executive management to make informed decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, hospitality, or relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience, disrupting the recruiting industry.
  • Proven track record of smashing sales targets and achieving unprecedented success.
  • 5+ years of hospitality and recruiting experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities to captivate any audience.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and Gecko Hospitality community.
  • Driven, results-oriented, and someone who never settles for second best.
  • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships, particularly with business owners, presidents, and CEO’s.
  • Strong leadership and ability to work effectively with little supervision.
