Social Services Program Coordinator

Location: Naples Corps – Naples, FL    

Position Type: Social Services Program Coordinator – Regular Full-Time

Pay Range:   $20.65 - $30.97/ hour

About this opportunity:

Key responsibilities:

• Plans, directs, coordinates, and monitors the day-to-day operations of the Social Services Program.

• Supervises all program staff and ensures work is in compliance with established policies and procedures as well as local, state, and federal regulations.

•  Prepares and monitors expenditures in compliance with department budget.

What we are looking for in you:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Human Services, or a related social services field, and

• Two years progressively responsible experience performing social services work with at least one year in a supervisory capacity, or

• Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Licenses and Certifications:

• Valid State Driver's License

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

Limited amount of physical effort required associated with walking, standing, lifting and carrying light objects (less than 25 lbs.) 5-10% of work time.

Duties are usually performed seated.  Sitting may be relieved by brief or occasional periods of standing or walking.

Works is performed in a normal office environment where there are little or no physical discomforts associated with changes in weather or discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt, and the like.
