Resident Manager

Location: Winston-Salem Area Command Winston-Salem, NC

Position Type:  Regular Full-Time at 40 hours per week

About this opportunity:  Oversee the Center at night, early morning, and during the day when all other management personnel are gone. Supervise day-to-day operations and staff of the Center’s resident facilities; assign clients housekeeping and kitchen duties; monitors client progress in program and ensures compliance with program standards; enforce house rules and ensures overall security of the Center; ensure that resident facilities are maintained in a neat and orderly manner; plans and implements leisure activities; prepare and maintain Center in a neat and orderly manner; plan and implement leisure activities; prepare and maintain routine reports and statistics reflecting resident facility and client activities.

What we are looking for in you:

• High school diploma or G.E.D., with two years of supervisory experience preferred OR

• Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

Duties are usually performed by frequent walking and/or standing with some bending, reaching, twisting, pushing, pulling, and carrying light objects (usually less than 25 lbs.) 15-35% of work time. Work is performed in a normal office environment where there are little or no physical discomforts associated with changes in weather or discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt, and the like.
