Accounts Receivable Analyst

This position is hybrid with the expectation to go report to our Fenton, MO office approximately 1-2 times a month.

 

Position Summary: 

Responsible for managing a collection portfolio for the different business lines. Build and maintain a working relationship with the agency families and our customers to achieve optimum collection results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Manage accounts through a collection software that provides a path for collection activity, dispute resolution and creation of collection notices to our customer and or agency families  
Collaborates with other departments to resolve a wide range of issues that include clarifying charges, correction to invoices and finalizing the accounts 
Reviews customer accounts and makes recommendations based on outstanding account balances for referral to outside collection agencies 
Monitors credits and debits received to ensure accurate application to the portfolio 
Performs other duties or works on projects as assigned to meets business needs 
Well informed of Board Policies 
Performs a variety of other duties as assigned.   
 
Qualifications: 

Education, License or Certification: 

 High School Diploma/GED. Associate’s degree preferred. 

Experience:  

  • • Two years’ experience in collections preferred
