Position Overview:

Provide support, including administrative support, for a team covering a diverse set of international regulatory issues, competition policy, and consumer protection.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with marketing and communications, including member communications, website updates, database management, and blogs.
  • Plan, manage logistics, and provide support for a variety of virtual and in-person events.
  • Schedule internal and external meetings for team members.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, briefing materials, and expense reports.
  • Track information on key policy issues and support advocacy efforts.
  • Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience commensurate with the role.
  • 1-2 years’ administrative experience.
  • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, handle confidential information, anticipate needs, and interact with high-level executives and their staffs both internally and externally.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong client service ethic.
  • Proficiently in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • An interest in policy, law, and politics preferred.
