INTERNSHIP PROGRAM OVERVIEW:

The Chamber Internship Program is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to learn at the world’s largest business organization. In addition to directly supporting a team in the organization, interns have an opportunity to participate in a variety of programming that will help build professional skills and networks.

Daily responsibilities for interns typically include research, drafting memos or content, and event planning and support. Specific responsibilities vary by department and semester.

The Chamber also offers programming each semester intended to provide professional development and networking opportunities for interns. In previous semesters, this has included a resume workshop, professional panel with Chamber experts, leadership luncheons, and more.

This internship is scheduled to run from the week of September 9th to the week of December 2nd. This is a hybrid internship, with the in-person component being at our U.S. Chamber of Commerce HQ in downtown Washington, DC.

This is a paid internship, where students may also receive academic credit if they meet the criteria set by their school. The pay rate varies based on current graduate level.
