CLASS START DATE: October 8th, 2024
PAYMENT INCLUDES:
Start employment on the day you begin classes and be paid for all hours while attending! ($15.00/hour during class, $17.00/hour after graduation, and finally $20.35/hour after state certification). Employment will be considered temporary, (without benefits), until completion of the course.
AFTER CERTIFICATION: (FOR FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES ONLY)
Receive a $4,000.00 sign on bonus!
REQUIREMENTS:
Great attitude, caring and compassionate personality, ability to pass a pre-employment criminal history background check. Must be able to work evening shift (2pm-10pm) following graduation from course until other shifts become available.
General Position Summary:
One-on-one cares with residents of the Oregon Veterans Home providing assistance with activities of daily living including but not limited to: bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and other cares.
