About this Role:

The Pricing Consultant will leverage their expertise in SQL, Data360, and visualization tools like Tableau to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights. Your work will directly influence strategic decisions, playing a vital role in our efforts to optimize operations, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in business processes, focusing on margin improvement and customer experience enhancement.
Develop and maintain SQL queries (including Table Joins, subqueries, and functions like MAX, MIN, SUM, AVG, CASE, PARTITION, etc.) for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
Utilize Python scripting to automate data processes and enhance analytical capabilities. Prior experience with D360 is considered an asset.
Create and manage dashboards in Tableau, including implementing dashboard actions, filters, and other interactive elements. We welcome candidates who need to gain Tableau experience as long as they demonstrate the ability and eagerness to learn quickly, offering an excellent opportunity for professional growth.
Work independently to problem-solve and identify innovative solutions with minimal direction, demonstrating your ability to take initiative and drive results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement recommendations and monitor the impact on business performance.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management, effectively communicating complex data in a clear and actionable manner.

Do You Have:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.
5+ years of experience in a business analysis or IT consultancy role, with a proven track record of improving business processes and outcomes.
Moderate to strong understanding of SQL, including but not limited to SQL Developer, Golden, etc.
Proficiency in SQL functions (e.g., MAX, MIN, SUM, AVG, CASE, PARTITION) and experience with table Joins and subqueries.
Minor to moderate understanding of Python scripting; experience with D360 is a plus.
Familiarity with Tableau or a strong capability and drive to learn dashboard actions, filters, etc.
Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

The starting compensation range for this job is $76,100 to $99,900.
