Charlotte Finance / Real Estate Finance Attorney

Winstead PC is seeking a 3-5 year attorney for a position with our Real Estate Finance Practice Group in Charlotte.  The new lawyer will be working with at least 5 or 6 senior attorneys and be given significant responsibility.  The role is a growth position with a clear path toward advancement in the firm.  The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

• Finance Transactions: Experience with the timeline, demands and drafting of sophisticated finance transactions. 
• AmLaw 200 Experience: Familiarity with the pace and expectations of complex law firm work.
• Strong academics: Candidates should be able to provide a transcript from a top tier law school.
• Writing skills: Candidates should be proficient at complex legal drafting.
