JOB OVERVIEW

Prometric is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist.  The Marketing Automation Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team by analyzing data, implementing marketing technology solutions, optimizing marketing processes, and managing the company's website. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making, enhance marketing efficiency, and maximize return on investment (ROI) for marketing initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data from various sources, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and digital and website analytics tools.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign effectiveness, and marketing ROI.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Manage marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools, and website content management systems.
  • Manage the company's website by supporting content updates and collaborating with web developers, designers, and content creators.
  • Monitor website performance, including traffic, engagement metrics, and conversion rates, and implement strategies to improve performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Implement SEO best practices to optimize website visibility, traffic, and search engine rankings.
  • Develop and document marketing workflows, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, webinars, events, digital advertising, and social media.
  • Monitor campaign performance in real-time, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations to maximize results.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on marketing operations and technology-related matters, providing guidance and support to stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement within the marketing organization.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field preferred.

 

EXPERIENCE

  • Between 2-5 years of experience in a marketing operations, data analysis, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, digital analytics platforms, and CMS for websites; Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, and WordPress experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript preferred.

 

SKILLS

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
