We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role will play a critical part in shaping our corporate finance strategy and providing decision support to drive sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, a passion for leveraging data-driven solutions, and a proactive mindset toward leading organizational change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive financial and operational models across the organization to guide strategic planning and financial decision-making
  • Optimize implementation of decisions and processes to identify a desired change is occuring
  • Utilize advanced analytics techniques to identify short-term and long-term opportunities for financial and operational growth
  • Prepare high-quality deliverables for financial sponsors and lenders, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and investor expectations
  • Craft compelling board presentations to communicate financial insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations effectively
  • Lead the implementation of new technologies and solutions, such as artificial intelligence or high-level general purpose programming languages, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial analysis and reporting

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related roles, preferably within the healthcare or retail
  • Expert proficiency in Excel and Power Query for data analysis and modeling
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly and persuasively
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive change through innovative solutions and critical thinking
  • Passion for leveraging technology and data to drive informed financial decisions and optimize business processes
