Training Coordinator - Healthcare

EXL Health is hiring for an entry level Training Coordinator. This is a remote, work from home opportunity. 

The Training Coordinator will work closely with the Training Manager to successfully schedule, monitor and report the full training cycle for employees. To include timely reporting and communication of training schedules and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating, managing and follow-up of training schedules, records, and reports.
• Schedule new employees for required trainings and track training progress.
• Confirm training sessions have been completed and recorded.  
• Prepare and communicate reporting summaries, including weekly and monthly summaries to include training status, progress, and results.
• Conduct and report post training surveys regarding the effectiveness of completed training courses.
• Conduct all job functions and responsibilities in accordance with all company Compliance, Information Security and Regulatory policies, procedures, and programs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Advanced ability to effectively organize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• High School education, experience in related field

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, able to meet tight deadlines, work well under pressure and possess excellent written, verbal, and oral communication skills.
• Excellent computer competency
• Ability and desire to accurately perform repetitive tasks.
• Requires a high degree of accuracy in the performance of varied responsibilities.
• Must be self-motivated to complete work in a timely manner to meet deadlines.
