SUMMARY 

Responsible for leading Salesforce related product strategy, development and implementation, ensuring that the development team delivers high-quality solutions that align with the company's strategic goals. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven solutions that align with business objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

  • Manages all aspects of Salesforce platform administration including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations.

 

  • Works closely with stakeholders to design, develop, and implement new enablement features that improve the usability and functionality of the Salesforce platform for both the admin team and end users.

 

  • Creates and maintains dashboards, reports, workflows, and automations to support business processes and enhance user experience.

 

  • Oversees data integrity, conducts regular data audits, and ensures data compliance with organizational standards. Performs frequent bulk data updates to support business needs.

 

  • Provides advanced support for end users, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices to improve user adoption and satisfaction.

 

  • Develops training materials and conducts training sessions for both the admin team and end users. Creates and maintains detailed documentation of system processes and customizations.

 

  • Performs regular system maintenance tasks, including software updates, data backups, routine system checks and integration/middleware checks to ensure optimal performance.

 

  • Collaborates with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, provide status updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

 

  • Identifies areas of improvement within the Salesforce platform, suggesting and implementing innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.

 

  • Ensures the Salesforce environment adheres to security best practices and compliance requirements, managing roles, permissions, and data sharing settings.

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

 

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE 

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Five (5) or more years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role with a focus on the Salesforce platform

Salesforce Administration Certification

  

SKILLS

Strong proficiency in Salesforce features including but not limited to Process Builder, Flow, Lightning Experience, and Data Loader.

Knowledge of Apex Visualforce integrations and middleware such as MuleSoft.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team, particularly in collaboration with Product Manager, key stakeholders and other IT professionals.

Ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business needs.
