Field Specialist II

SUMMARY

Responsible for using Human Performance methodologies, workplace observation techniques, and your previous experience to help clients avoid workplace errors and accidents.  Provide solutions to customers and implement recommendations that will reduce risk and improve safety culture, efficiency, and organizational performance. Work closely with new hire field specialist. Performs all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local laws, wherein the Company operates. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Conduct job site coaching of human performance behaviors for various clients based on Knowledge Vine’s REMEDY model. 

•    Train new hire field specialist in the field.  

•    Perform your daily duties as a Field Specialist, focusing on specific employee behavior as described in the REMEDY process.  

•    Conduct tasks with the level of safety compliance, safety awareness, and safety performance that sets the bar for all other employees in your area of influence.

•    Familiarize yourself with Knowledge Vine and assigned client safety rules.

•    Provide coaching/mentoring to clients. Document interactions via prescribed process.

•    Summarize reported findings and work closely with clients to be a resource that is helpful to create a better work environment.

•    Focus on safety and question work that could result in catastrophic failure or injury to personnel.

•    Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Five (5) or more years of related work experience

Completion of an oral board on REMEDY and KV processes

May require 100% travel during the week and possible weekend work based on client needs and locations

Must have clean driving record
