Greeter/Receptionist - Park Place Acura
The Greeter/Receptionist is a very crucial position at the dealership as they are the first person a client meets as they walk in. The Greeter/Receptionist must ensure an amazing initial impression by greeting clients, offering hospitality, and introducing them to the appropriate member based on their needs.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:
- Greet clients as they enter the dealership and offers hospitality
- Determine clients’ needs, and locate appropriate member to assist
- Introduce client to appropriate member
- Know and understand the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process, and use the program to achieve client satisfaction
- Know and understand the Park Place Privacy and Information Security Policies, and adhere to the requirements
- Follow other administrative duties that may be assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Operator's Driver’s License (must be insurable)
- Must pass a background check, drug screen, and driving record check.
- Skills – Communication, Stress tolerance, team player, accountability, result-oriented
- Flexibility with schedule
