Production- Meat Packaging

The Meat packaging position will inspect and evaluate for correctness within written specifications including weight, trim and aesthetics. Products may include fresh beef, pork, specialty cuts etc. This position will consist of packing product, sealing and stacking at appropriate stations. 

Job Qualifications:

• Must be able to work in cold temperature (45* F environment) • Knowledge of meat cuts is a plus • Must be able to stand at least 85% of the day • Excellent Communication Skills • Basic Computer Skills a plus • High School diploma or GED required.
