Heavy Packager

Crown Staffing Solutions is looking for a Heavy Parts Packager to join our team with-in our client site, Hollingsworth in Schertz, TX!

1st Shift- 7:00am-3:00pm Monday-Friday

2nd Shift- 3:00pm-11:00pm Monday-Friday

3rd Shift- 11:00pm-7:00am Monday- Friday

(overtime and weekends required dependent on client needs)

Rate of pay- $17.00/hr, paid weekly!

Summary Statement/Position Overview:

The Heavy Part Packager is responsible for packaging automotive parts according to customer specifications. This role demands consistent productivity and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Package all materials related to consigned parts.
• Complete packaging tasks as per quoted standards.
• Pack bulk auto parts.
• Perform constant lifting of parts weighing between 30 and 50 lbs.
• Maintain cleanliness in assigned work areas.
• Adhere to all safety regulations.
• Engage in repetitive lifting, bending, and pulling.

Special Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to identify parts by number.
• Ability to detect damaged or non-conforming stock.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read and understand work orders in English.
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including constant lifting, bending, and pulling.
