The pay range for this role is $70,000 - $85,000. This is a remote role.

The Recruiter at FreshRealm is proactive and always takes initiative.  You are confident in your excellent organizational skills and you are driven by making sure we are the gold standard of the candidate experience. The core of what you will be responsible for is consulting with hiring managers/area to understand their recruitment needs, develop sourcing strategies to leverage diverse high caliber candidates, pre-screen candidates to assess their qualifications through a combination of behavioral and competency based interviewing, monitor requisition status to ensure an efficient recruitment process.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent

  • Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up (pipeline building)

  • Continuously partner with recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies

  • Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications

  • Develop and release job postings on a platforms, such as social media and job boards

  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business

  • Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation

  • Maintain and update requisition tracking in ATS systems and on internal tracking reports

Qualifications

Skills and Requirements

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment

  • Superb organizational, time management and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple, competing priorities 

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Google Suite, database management, and internet search

  • Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and applicant management systems

  • Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.)

Experience / Education

 

  • 3+ years’ experience in recruitment or human resources

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience working a medium to high volume recruiting desk
