Job Summary:

The Yardley Inn is seeking an observant and efficient Barback who can work with other members of our team to ensures quality and prompt customer service. The Barback assists in cleaning the bar, preparing garnishes, ensuring the bar is well stocked with all necessities. The Barback should be knowledgeable about menu items and focused on providing excellent service to our guests. 

 Responsibilities:

• Assists with opening and closing duties  
• Ensure bar is well stocked with all necessities  
• Checking taps and appliances  
• Changing out kegs 
• Knowing cocktail recipes and menu items  
• Communication with guests and handling customer concerns  
• Maintain records to assist in the reordering process  
• Following storage protocol

• The employee is frequently required to stand and walk
