Food Runner

Genesis Hospitality is seeking for experienced and team-oriented candidates for the Food Runner position at our high-volume restaurant, The Yardley Inn. Candidate must be willing to work weekdays, weekends and/or holidays. 

Responsibilities:

• Set-up workstation before restaurant opens
• Make sure dishes presentable and with proper garnish
• Maintain plates, doilies and sauces
• Maintain communication with waiting staff and the Kitchen staff
• Make sure that all equipment is clean
• Re-stock workstation
• Always be polite and professional
