• Shadowing all facets of our HR team including, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and Operations
• Support our DE&I efforts through assisting in the planning and organization of our DE&I Summit that Henderson Engineers facilitates every summer
• Preform ad hoc tasks as required
