Position Summary: 

 

Sales Coordinators (internally known as Recruiting Coordinators) are the first point of contact for our student-athletes and their families, helping identify dedicated athletes for college coaches. This full-time, entry-level sales position will be responsible for high-volume outbound calls to provide education around service offerings. The person in this role will demonstrate a commitment to world class service in a competitive and collaborative environment.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Utilize and strengthen communication skills through making up to 75-100+ lead-generated dials daily from 8:30 am - 6 pm (your local time)
  • Participate in sales team meetings and conduct client follow ups via video
  • Gain expertise about the recruitment process for 30+ sports
  • Leverage technology such as CRM and other applicable software
  • Learn and develop various sales techniques and customer service skills
  • Meet and/or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals that impact your earnings
  • Schedule appointments with senior sales to further evaluate needs

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Six months of professional experience
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals
  • Flexibility to work some nights/weekends
  • Sports knowledge

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Minimum of six months of sales experience
  • Prior experience in sports, either as an athlete or coach at high school or higher level
  • Bilingual
