RN Nurse Navigator

Summary

As the Nurse Navigator, you will be assisting the admissions of patients. This individual will  assist in supervising the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility.  Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. 

Education/Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Licensed as a RN or LPN Nurse in the State of Ohio.
• Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience required.
• Previous long term care experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
